COLOR CONSULTATIONS: This service provides consulting to understand what you want from the space and assisting or selecting colors that update or adjust the space in the right direction. I can help you to understand the theory behind various colors and help make informed decisions before executing.
KITCHEN & BATH DESIGN: This service is offered for small to larger projects whether a kitchen tile design, a whole kitchen redesign or a bathroom remodel. Expertise on how these spaces function and the best materials for each space will be used to assist you, builders, remodelers, etc to transform or create spaces.
SPACE PLANNING & DESIGN (Residential & Light Commercial): This service provides you with space planning and designs to communicate how the space can change to benefit your desires and preferences. This service includes furniture & space re-arranging. All structural drawings will need to be checked by engineers and or professionals with actual building and/or contracting experience.
FURNITURE, ACCESSORIES & HOME DECOR SELECTIONS: This service provides assistance to you in selecting all home décor, furniture and accessory items for each space or room desired. Included are shopping services plus assistance in furniture and accessory placement and hanging of artwork.
RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL INTERIOR SELECTIONS: This service provides you with assistance in making selections for products used within the home whether it is tile or paint, flooring or hardware. This service is offered to builders and homeowners, if working on your own, services can extend to assistance on execution, based on request.
HOME STAGING SERVICES OFFERED
STAGING CONSULTATION: The consultation will include a tour of the interior and exterior spaces of your home. I will complete an in-depth checklist which includes tips for de-cluttering and preparing your home for staging. Together we will design a plan to create an inviting environment that buyers will want to tour. Other information included will assist you in understanding the current market and how to make your home stand out against the competition. When we conclude you’ll have all the information in a neat, concise format to turn your home into the front runner.
STAGE TO SELL: Need more than just a consultation? I will use a combination of your furniture, accessories and some of my own to stage your home to sell. We’ll create a model home atmosphere that outshines the competition and entice buyers to look no further. We’ll also leave you with a checklist for open house and/or showings that will guide you through last minute touch ups that create an inviting atmosphere. Your home won’t be on the market long.
VACANT HOME STAGING: Vacant home staging presents an opportunity to take a blank slate and create an inviting environment that potential buyers can see themselves living in. We’ll discuss your needs and I’ll present you with options to stage one room or several.
